The Verizon Wireless Virginia Beach Amphitheater is a 20,000-seat outdoor concert venue located in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Since opening its doors in 1996, the Verizon Wireless Virginia Beach Amphitheater has hosted such performances as: Coldplay, Dave Matthews Band, Kenny Chesney, Jimmy Buffett, Elton John, James Taylor, 311, Aerosmith, Rascal Flatts, Mary J. Blige, Gwen Stefani and tours like Warped Tour and Ozzfest.

Children under the age of two are permitted inside the venue free of charge. In the reserved seating area, these children must sit on an adult’s lap for the performance. All other children must have a ticket Most shows include a Family Zone area on the lawn. Smoking and alcoholic drinks are prohibited in this area. Seating in the family zone is based on availability.

Interpreters are provided upon request. To arrange for an interpreter, please call the box office at (757) 368-3000 at least two weeks prior to the event.

The facility is fitted with full service and accessible restrooms throughout the venue.

A full service concession facility inside the theatre. Our guests may choose from a wide selection of food ranging from hamburgers with French fries, chicken sandwiches, and hotdogs. We also offer snacks such as candy, popcorn, and pretzels. Guests may also choose from a wide variety of soft drinks and juices.

Items allowed in this venue include: Blankets, binoculars, seat cushions, ponchos or rain jackets, small or collapsible umbrellas, one factory-sealed bottle of water per person (12 ounce limit), snack food in a clear, one-gallon plastic bag, low profile beach chairs (9″ or less from the ground), and sunscreen. Please note that strollers are welcome through the gates and lawn, but are not allowed in the reserved seating area. Strollers can be checked at the Guest Service Booths located in both plazas. The Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre offers ATM services to our guests.

Guests are subject to bag searches and various levels of screening subject to artist or management discretion. If you arrive with a restricted item in you possession, you may check it at Guest Services or return it to your car.

The venue is fitted with qualified security personnel as well as uniformed police officers stationed throughout the facility.

Parking fees are included with the price of your ticket. VIP Parking is available for a limited number of vehicles for $20.00 per vehicle. These parking spaces can be purchased online or in the lot on the night of the show. VIP Parking spaces are based on availability.

The parking lot is special needs accessible and spaces are based upon availability.

There will be no re-entry once you have been admitted to this venue.

There are no refunds and or exchanges for any unused tickets. All events are rain or shine.
